Assessments Forms

I created my assessment form for the purpose of gathering information from this class that I want. I started to do a study guide as the assessment form but at this time it would not be as useful.


This tool could be used in many ways in the classroom. I really like the spreadsheet that gets created to hold the information that is gathered. It can be viewed here and please take the time to answer the questions so we can see the results. Google forms could be used to collect any information that the class would like to learn but no one has to know who entered what.
